Prop Holding Bracket

I've seen these before but I can't remember where. I'm looking for a bracket that mounts in the engine compartment or actually anywhere, that hold one prop. I think it has a large wing nut on the top of a shaft that bolts down to a flat object. Anyone know who makes these.
