Good-Bye Pepper
 

Lost my good and faithful companion this morning,
My black lab pepper was hit by a car.
Its amazing how much we grow to love our pet's.
Good-Bye ole girl.

So sorry to hear the bad news. My lab is my best friend and I could not imagine how I would feel if I were in your shoes right now :(

Sorry to hear that. Pets are always hard to lose.

I am very sorry for your loss. I understand exactly how you feel. My two boxers are like my kids.

Having owned dogs my entire adult life, plus some as a kid, I know what it's like. I'm very sorry about Pepper. May she rest in peace. Outlaw

On a brighter note , my buddys pit bull"Brutus" got whacked by the U.P.S. truck 2 and a half weeks ago. Well , a wired up jaw (two breaks) , 6 screws in a broken pelvis and minus 8" off his tail , he is actually up and around again:eek: , Slowly and carefully but never the less he is up:)
Poor guy spent a couple of really rough days in intensive care unit at the U. of P . veterinary hospital in Philly. As "pits" go , he is a real ***** cat and a real attention whore and still just as friendly as ever.
I know how you feel J-Boat , believe me , you have my sympathy.
