Come on give the guy a twentieth chance, I'm positive there is something else left he has not broken, abused, ran up a bill on, fought with his girlfriend over, stiffed you on or any other minor things friends do all the time to each other...
Besides people like that change for the better all the time, where is your compassion? is it with your speakers, your phone, your rent in the garbage can?
Also think of all the threads you will be missing if you don't let us know of his amusing antics at your accumulating expenses.

That really sucks. I agree that you should simply pack his stuff up immediately and store it. Charge it on a credit card if you have to but get the locks changed. Best wishes.

I'm no lawyer but isn't it statutory rape when a 29 year old man has sex with a 16 year old. Maybe you could have the state take him in for say three to five years.
