One more thing. Evict him? Sounds silly, but here in good ole N.Y. if someone resides at a location (mail forwarded OR possessions) for more than two weeks they are a resident. The police can't force him to leave EVEN if they never paid a nickle in rent or no lease agreement.
Nothing would p-ss you off more than having a cop say
"We can't make him leave"

new jersey sucks too, they have more rights than you and you own it. i parked my 966 loader out side the house with a guy in it and said i'll be back in 4 hours be out. he was out,i got lucky.

Most of his stuff is now gone. I figure by the end of the week, anything that is still here is going outside in the back yard I guess.
She is 19, so statatory does not apply here. She is just a little ***** child who has no idea what she's getting into.
He has moved in with some other friend. Mooching off him now, not paying a dime to him either. I gaurantee he will not last long there either (I know this other guy too). I find it unbelievable that someone can take advantage of friends the way this guy has been doing it for several years now. The things you find out AFTER you try to help..... know what I mean??

Wait till the dude's stuff is 100% out before you warn the other guy. Last thing you need is to have progress stopped at this point. You've done your good deeds for him long ago. Let him get all the way out.
If I was the other guy and knew you two were having issues, I would call you myself and find out the deal if he were knocking on my door. If the guy does that, be straight with him, but don't go out of your way to throw a wrench in it at this point.
By the way, since she is 19, can you post some action shots of her?
