Default Boating on New Years day

Since moving from NJ to FL 18 months ago,
I have enjoyed boating on every holiday,
including today, New Years Day.
What a beautiful day, low 80s, bright
sunny sky and gentle breezes. I took the
37 OuterLimits for a ride, went out the
Myakka River, into Charlotte Harbor, up
into the Peace River and over to
Fisherman's Village to see the "Nina", a
hand build replica of Columbus ship, built
in the early 90s down in Brazil. The ship
is here for 2 weeks and is quite the site
to see. As I was looking at and
commenting about the ship the ship,
visitors on the ship were looking and
commenting about me.

Amen to living in Florida and boating!

Went on a run yesterday in a customer's 42 Baja from St Pete to Sarasota. Went to the Hyat and hung out at the pool for a while then shot back up the gulf to St. Pete.

You couldn't ask for nicer weather or better water conditions.

You should have come up to Sarasota and run with the rest of us.

Unfortunately, the day didn't turn out so good for me.
