Yeah, he used a 1980 truck, but after reading all the new stuff he put into it, it is a "new" truck. He probably did it because he liked the look of that truck. Money restrictions don't seem to have been much of an influence.

Looks like the kind of thing you could really get into building as a project if time and money were no issue.
