fwk.. i see poeple all teh time in 110 walers here on the inter-coastal with 6-7 poeple aboard and the rail about 2-3 inch above the water..
the OZARKS is a great plce to run but never really wanted to run a 46 LS in the coves.. think the thing draws like 48.. so top speed in the coves.. no thnaks

That bill makes sence to me but the big question is were do they stop. I can tell ya right now it is just the begining. If we knew they would just leave it at that then it would be a bill that I actually would sapport if they lived there. However knowing human nature it will just be the start.
That is basically how they hav taken away most of the guns in MA. First they started with a list of about 50 non complient guns. Then it was 100 then it just grows each year.

Make the beam limitation 8'6" and that's fine
Out of common courtesy, cruiser should idle in and out of coves. It always drove me nuts when the big cruiser waves would come to the dock and rattle the boats like crazy.
