Ray,
Your still going to run into a problem of not getting the "Mercury Marine" engines to run properly with those type of mods. The MEFI4 is not a viable option for all, many have smart craft gauges, etc. not to mention most don't want to spend the extra cash.
If you want to send me a set, were testing 3 packages right now with the Mercury 496. 2 are NA and one is supercharged. If you have one "test" set, please contact me and we will run them and develop a cal.
Thanks,
Dustin

Thanks for the reply. Our first two pairs are on our two dyno mule motors as we speak for dyno evaluations, but as soon as we get ahead one set I will get a pair off to you for your dyno and calibration. I am pretty sure the Delphi unit can be recalibrated for the addtional fuel and reduced spark timing. Tom at Flagship has been reprograming and Arizona speed and marine dynoed their reworked 515 inch 8.1 motor already at 600HP plus. Hope you can come up with a program change. These new heads and our new cam profiles under your charger should make for some fast 496's Raylar
