Default Buy My House!

Well,

Might as well thow out one gratuitous plug for my realtor.

If you want the very best of the Jersey Shaw, here ya go. 1 Mile the beach and the Shrewsbury puts you right out at Sandy Hook. Train and ferry to NYC in a little over an hour. Check out the map and see.

Help me get to Tampa!

Yes, and it suuure was cooolllddd! We are working with an exclusive buyers agent and have settled on the east lake section of palm harbor. East Lake woodlands or Lansford communities. I visited Home Port marina and will be keeping my boat there. Either my Baja or a Concept. Marker 1 and Anclote did not have the amenities and closeness we wanted. Not sure if I want to do the boat switch just yet. I will work out of the Microsoft Tampa office.... I'm stoked!

Got 4 showings on my house with one day on the market so I might be down sooner than the summer.

Great !!! East Lake is a nice area. I buy my fuel down at Home Port. They have a nice little watering hole there also, Sundance Grill. I can almost throw a rock there from my backyard !!! Look me up next time you are down, and i'll show you around. Dave

Cool, we were just down for the weekend to give the wife a looksee. We will be down again in March to pick out a homestead. Man, can you get a lot for the money... and we are looking in a "pricier" area...

You should have no problem selling the house at that price, being right on the river. It's a steal. On the lagoon in Monmouth Beach they just sold one for $1.3

So why the move? Tired of the cold and ice?

Good luck in FL!!!

It's a great place. I live out on Indian Bluff Island. We have I beleive 74 residences out here and probably 80% are waterfront sites. My back yard is "Three Rookers Bar" a sandbar island about 4 miles off shore and a great hang out. I'm sure you will find it. I'm looking at the sunset over the Gulf right now as a matter of fact. Have to get together when you are down. Dave
