How can you find out who is behind an ISP address?
 

Some nice person tried to plant a virus on my computer from the following IP addess:

68.83.173.195

All I can find out is that it is out of COMCAST out of Cherry Hill NJ.

Any way to find out the person's name?

You can report it to Comcast and there is a slight chance that they will cancel his service.
He or she is in breach of their contract with Comcast.

That will ruin their day...;)

This is about all you can get without, like formulaz583 said, having a court make comcast provide it but you can email comcast's abuse email address and they may look into it.
