Port Cima is a very nice area, we have been over a few times looking at property, but i hate to give up my view. Were is your property located in the Port?

I still have my t/s, the closer it gets to spring the more I will want to keep it for summer. It would be hard to replace now without digging in the old pocket. I find that every thing I got is worth nothing, and every I want to buy is worth alot...... so,,, it is a real nice boat, and I don't care if I move it or not. don't know what would be next, another cig.

Just curious,but what are the property values like
at Loto? Laters digs, on our lake (Lake George N.Y.)
would go for about 1.75-2 million.
