Default Does anyone know this 38 Fountain Fever "Never Enuff"

It was shipped out of Arizona but it appears to have been based in Del Mar California. Anyone know who owened it or where they used it - Arizona or California? Any other info about it would be appreciated. It's suppose to be in great condition. Thanks

Does Randy Hartman have it at Lake Cumberland? If so, he is great to deal with and will give you the real scoop.

Yes, Randy has been looking for a boat for me since I sold my 35 back in August. He ran across this one about a month ago and basically bought the boat for me pending my inspection. We would have probably already wrapped up the deal but it's taken him a while to get it shipped from out west.

I am sure the boat is nice and I was just wanting to know if anyone was familiar with the boat when it had power in it.... speed, handling ect.

A friend of mine used to own a 38' Fountain, the name was "Never Enough" I have never seen his boat to be sure if this is the same boat as the one in the picture. He sold the boat, the new owner had an misfortunate accident off Catalina Island last year. There was a post here on OSO about the incident. I think this is the same boat. It took on water off Catalina Island and then sank in a slip later that day after being towed back into the marina.

The fact that the motors and drives are off the boat makes me think that it was cleaned up

Looks pretty low in the water in the picture in this thread!!! Is this the same boat? It mentioned "Bad Boy" was the name of the boat.

What year was your friends boat? I did a little research and found out that the boat that sunk was a 1999 model named Bad Boy. It had pretty big engines in it and broke off a drive while running in some rough water in the ocean. This boat is a 2001 model. It's not the same boat.

Well, it does have Paul Paff stickers on the back. Sure sounds like the same boat from Norty's link.

I think it was a 1999. The new owner put big (bigger) motors in it just like this one.

Do you know what happened to the 99 model in question that sank. Did they salvage it or scrap it?
