Ron, lemme know if ya need any help in Daytona... I am about an hour from there, but can be there if you need any help or what not....

My house is on the river and looks right out the inlet in Daytona, I have a 16,000lb lift and will make it available to a team for the overnight on the first leg.

What a race!!!!
Reminds me of the "old" offshore races from Point Pleasant Beach, NJ out to Long Island and back.
It'll make for good TV viewing and will have a drama all its own.
Can't wait to see it come together.
This is gonna be good.

This is TOO cool!

Seems like a very positive step for the sport and as previously mentioned, getting back to the 'roots' of offshore. I'll be watching this thread closely.
