Indiana Fuel Tax Refund Form

Does any one know if you can do this in arizona.

I know you can in a few states out East.

My wife has to do this every quarter for diesel fuel they use in dumptrucks, here in Indiana

So this is OK to use even if you live in lovely IL? Do you have to file anything else in IN, or just fill out the form and send it in with a note saying "Gimme money." If it does require an IN return, I'll have my wife buy the gas all summer on her credit card, cause she teaches in IN and has to file there anyway.

The instructions say that anyone who purchases gasolene,Pays the Indiana gasolene excise tax,and later uses the gasolene for an exempt purpose should file this form.
You can call down to Indy @ 317-232-1857 to be sure.
I hope that FIP"s(Friendly Illinois People) are included!
