Default NJPPC Names Pete Mazzo, Rob Cline & Brian Meade as Per. PB'er of the year!

Saturday Night at the NJPPC Winter Party, we presented Pete Mazzo, Rob Cline & Brian Meade with the PERFORMANCE POWERBOATERS OF THE YEAR AWARD.

The award is usually awarded to one NJPPC member who made a siginificant contribution of their time to NJPPC helping the club or other NJPPC members.

Pete, Rob & Brian were chosen for their hard work and dedication to making SHORE DREAMS FOR KIDS ( www.shoredreamsforkids.com ) a reality for NJPPC in 2003. This was without a doubt our greatest accomplishment for 2003.

NJPPC members Val Fiorillo, Crazy Charlie Amorosi and Diane Monroe were also presented plaques of Appreciation for their supporting roles in making it happen.

If anyone would like to congratulate them personally, you can reach them at:

Pete Mazzo: [email protected]
Rob Cline: [email protected]
Brian Meade: [email protected]

Great Party and congrats to all those who won the awards. You all deserve it!

After being with everyone Sat. Night, Boy was I depressed when I pulled into my driveway Sunday night and saw my poor snow covered, shrunkwrap, engineless, trailerbound baby sitting there. Especially after talking to Typhoon about the holes I put in my pistons!!

Winter sux.....can't wait for the first poker run

Let's talk....

DaveP and the NJPPC Planning Committee - Thanks for the usual excellent job, and for doing so much to foster a positive image for powerboaters everywhere.

Sy - You and BajaBob38 get "Co-Wimps of the Year" award for not duking it out in front of everyone.

Dave (and all others from NJPPC),

Thanks for a great time Saturday night!

We just joined the club and it was our first event. We were a bit nervous because we really didn't know too many people. But everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

It's a little funny because being a Jersey Shore boater my whole life, I probably would know more people by their boats than in person. It's great to get to know everyone.

I thought I had the winter blues before, now I'm completely stir crazy. Especially once I found out that Steve is finished with my Vortecs and the motors are back in the boat.

Also, my friend had to cancel his trip down Saturday night because Bally's cancelled his room because they were overbooked (they moved us to the Showboat), but thanks for the offer to get them into the dinner.

Mike

Hey Mike,

Glad that you made the party.

We will have another casual party the night before our first Poker Run.
