They are welcome to come along. We have had kids in the house before with other friends. We have plenty of room and a pool for the kids to play in also.

Let us know.

I am liking this idea but who watches the kids while everyone is out on the water? They can't come in my boat, a one year old doesn't fit well into a stand up bolster.

bigyellow,

I have not attended it yet but I hear the Scope poker run is the biggest. I think it's last weekend in August.

HavCig would know about most of the other runs on this coast. Maybe Nort can comment too.

Jody,

It is your call on taking the kids in the boat. With stand up's I guess it would be tough with a 1 year old. You guys are welcome either way.

We have three bedroom's plus some bean bags, couch ect... so Semper Fi won't have to worry about losing his room.

BYC,

If you are looking for a good run, the spring Heatwave is the best one on Havasu. There will be a lot of nice boats out there.

The big three holiday weekends are definitely the craziest if that is what you are looking for.

The Scope run is an awesome run as well. I have not done it yet, but have been down on the docks before and after and there is some serious hardware there as well.

The Scope run is definitely a well organized run, and you get a slip to put your boat in if you are a participant. I would talk to Nort or one of the other Scope members on here about it for more info.

Im in....Registered and Ready.

Havasu Cig (Chris),

I will be in miami this coming weekend for the boat show and the Valentines Day thing, but after we return maybe we can get a Catalina trip going. Bob is testing the boat next week, and then she's all mine.

Sounds good to me....Maybe Semper Fi will have his Power Play by then and we can get three or four boats to make the run over to the island.

Can't wait to see you guys run at Havasu, I will have the video camera ready.

Is Bob going to have his new rig at Havasu for the run???
