1) Contract Awarded for Hydrogen Demo Boat

HaveBlue LLC of Ventura, CA, has reached an agreement with Texaco Ovonic
Hydrogen Systems to have the company provide the developmental metal hydride
hydrogen storage system for HaveBlue's XN-1 marine hydrogen fuel technology
demonstration vessel. The first of its kind, the XN-1 will use hydrogen energy
produced through renewable resources to deliver all required power and
propulsion. HaveBlue says the XN-1 program is the first example of a critical
early adapter market in the practical application of hydrogen as a
transportation fuel.

HaveBlue's patented propulsion and power generation system produces renewable
hydrogen from purified sea water using clean energy power sources such as solar
panels, wind generators and regenerative electric drive motors. The company has
teamed with Catalina Yachts to build its first full-scale technology
demonstrator. The XN-1 will complete testing and public demonstrations through
2004, with the goal of limited retail availability in 2005.

2) Dual Outboard Dumping Investigations Being Conducted

FOND DU LAC, Wis. - The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Mercury
Marine provided enough evidence of "dumping" practices by Japanese
outboard-engine builders that it will begin an initial investigation. Yamaha,
however, said that this doesn't imply a victory for Mercury Marine. Dumping
occurs when a country's industry sells products in the United States at prices
significantly lower than in its own country. Mercury's petition, filed January
8, alleges that Japanese outboard-engine companies have engaged in illegal
pricing activities in the U.S. for several years, and that they continue to do
so.

ITC also investigating - The International Trade Commission (ITC) is also
investigating the claims Mercury made in the petition it filed with the Commerce
Department on January 8. It is trying to determine whether Mercury Marine was
injured by the alleged dumping. The ITC gave Mercury Marine and Japanese engine
builders a chance to present their respective sides during a hearing on
Thursday.

3) Miami to NY 2004 Race - It's a Go!

It's official, the Miami to NY 2004 race is on and scheduled for June 25th
through July 2nd. This is not a run through the night event. This will have 6
overnight stops along the way. The promotors are well funded and have hired a
professional marketing firm to pull this all together. The people involved are
from the Dakar Rally world and this is their first attempt at bringing that type
of event to the water. This won't be for the feint of heart or pocketbook. The
entry fee is 10K, but there is a $200,000 prize purse. $125,000 for first place.
No more than 30 boats will race.

This event will be filmed as a documentary or reality TV show to be aired
worldwide. International teams are expected to compete as well. He's the one
catch - No refueling between stops. If you're up for the challenge, go to
http://www.miami-newyork2004.com/index.html and fill out the online registration
form.

Source One Events will host the Formula Light tunnel boats for the city of
Laughlin, Nev on JUNE 5-6, 2004. A national television partner will carry the
racing action across the nation with a telecast that will be shown just a few
weeks after the event. Racing will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Returning
to make sure there is plenty of action on the water, the Superstock flatbottom
powerboats will be a part of the weekend-along with the crowd pleaser, the
crackerbox racing sprint boats. Nostalgic flatbottoms will also be on display,
along with the annual bikini contest. The winners of all these events will be
