Racecrafters engines
Rod was great to talk to. For someone that will probably never own one of these he talked to me for about 20 minutes. The list just went on and on about how awesome this motor is. You can clearly see the "see through" valve covers.
He was saying that the reason he went to many poker runs for years straight was to do all the testing for these motors. Last year he finally got them where he wanted them and began to market and sell them. So he took the Sorcerer to only one Poker run last year, Key West. And at 92K show price for 1500hp pump gas or 2000hp on the good stuff it seems like a bargain compared to Mercs1075 #6 for 150K+ as I was quoted.
I just couldn't believe how many different things the computer on this thing motor monitors. He was also saying that he now has the software, in case someone doesn't use an Arneson, that the computer will actually keep the engine from breaking the drivetrain after re-entering the water.
Just unbelievable work put into this motor. A+ in my book.
