In todays world, it is almost always "someone else's fault"

Same has happened to me before. Did you catch it before it trashed everything else with in a 3 foot radius?

Of course this is normal "R"... Normal for the guy that built the engine... perfectly normal... :mad:

and the discoloration from heat wasn't because of lack of oil....... nosireeeeee! :p

nope.... it trashed the block... but the "expert" said it would be ok... and put new rods, new crank... new pistons... and a new cam into a block that had huge chunks missing in the lower web areas of the cylinders..
