A good freind of mine did the Dr. Atkins diet, no exercising. Check that one out. He would eat two big steaks a night on that diet. I saw it work for him, you can still have large meals. No breads or pasta and no carb's if I remember correctly.
Yes.....but it's the worst thing you could do for your heart. Dr. Atkins died of heart disease.
