After spending the last 7 years with a girl who I belive has been out of the state twice in her life, I can say they left out some questions. I have lived 46 or my 48 years in the south, and I have been enlightened to the true southern venacular.
1 What is the rolling device you put you groceries in at the store? Cart? Buggy? I have always called it a cart. Deb says everyone knows it's a buggy.
2 What do you do with a button, such as panic button? I have always pressed button, Deb says you mash buttons. You also mash the brakes on a car.
3 Terra firma is not called the ground. It is refered to as the dirt, grass or not, as " I knocked him to the dirt".
4 When out in the boat when the weather turns bad, you don't request to go back to land or the ramp or the boat launch. The proper demand is "Take me back to the hill!", even if the ramp is six inches above sea level.
5 An animal is not malnourished or skinny, it is "poor".
6 The ground along the highway is the "road ditch", regardless of whether there is an actual ditch there or not.
7 Limerock road is a "rock road".
8 A paved road is "the hard road".
9 A dog of questional ancestry is refered to as a "****eater". I have two of them.
10 An extension cord is a "drop cord".
There are many others but I gotten so used to hearing them that they don't stick out in my mind anymore.

By the way, where were the last 3 presidents from? Hell, there hasn't been a yankee president since 1953. And how did his presidency end? Shot in Dallas, and a Texan took over.
Now, who is kicking who's ass? I forget...

100% (Dixie). Is General Lee your father?
No shock to me!!!!! And proud of it!
They didn't even have the right answer to this question:
17. What's it called when you throw toilet paper over a house?
It's called wrapping a house.
This one cracked me up:
13. What's that road along an Interstate highway?
Answer: Local use in Houston and eastern Great Lakes.
