    My cruiser made my old cat look economical.
    0.86 mpg on the cruiser. And the gen burns ful even when it's standing still!
    Twin 525SCs got over 1 mpg in the cat.

    seems to me that other things equal, 2 stroke outboards are more gas hogs than performance inboards

    272 Formula with t/540s 3000 rpm 50mph don't know
    You can never have too much horsepower or money...It's just hard to have both.

    I think if I ever tried to figure it out I would probable sell the boat.
