Boat Paint Jobs**How long ?

full paint job done right... take drives off.. new rail.. everything out of the cockpit.. all gauge..true up anything that will come out in new paint job.. wet sand and prep.. paint boat..clear.. then put everything back in..2-3 months

It took us approx. 5 weeks then another two weeks to wet sand and buff.
Laying on the creeper with a 8000 lb boat above you sanding the gel coat was real fun.
Sanded the boat then primed. then sanded the primer .
then sealed the boat. Applied the colors. Clear coated. then wet sanded.
We set up sheet rock staging (wheels on it ) with planks laying across the top so we could stand on it while another guy pushed him as he was spraying.
