Nope, not in her case. She sold her stock, which totalled about 230,000, which compared to her total assets is nothing. Pocket change. I'd take the 1/4M loss to stay out of jail for a couple years.

I sat there watching MSO's real time quotes and it was stuck at 16.27 indefinitely. Couldn't figure out what the heck was going on after it had a big run-up today. You pedestrians on the sidewalks of NY today better look out for falling brokers.

She had a brokers liscence. She knew EXACLY what she was doing and the potential consequences. Maybe she should be held to a higher standard.

That's a good question Panther. I don't think I could sit on a jury of a trial like this because I know what I would have done.

Hmm, my company doesn't exist with me and I'm worth a billion. Sure I'd sell. She lost a lot more than the $500k she would have lost in that stock.

Her stock has started trading again, and it falling, down 22% since yesterday......

The news is saying 16 months to 16 years in the big house!....
