I will have to keep this thread in mind next time I see a "I can't find a job" comment.
How many of the people who design, build and export those engines can ever hope to own one ?
I think the Democrats call this exporting, no it's outsourcing, American jobs.
Remember that on election day.....it is a real issue!!!!!!!!

A buddy of mine just bought a 90hp E-tech evinrude.....i think he said till the end of this month they are offering a 7yr extended warranty!!! and this includes a 3yr (don't have to touch a thing) original warranty! The dealer said that you dont have to touch a thing on the engine!!! just add gas and go!!! no changing plugs, oil, nothing!!! He also said that the new E-tech they are coming out with next year thats gonna be 115hp weighs in a 310lbs!!

Wally- There's a very serious engineering group at Bombardier that goes WAY beyond the capabilities of Brunswick- thye can draw on the expertise of people within the company that design their jets, airframes and systems, high speed rail and a myriad of other government subsidized companies within the Bombardier family. It's exactly what JohhnyRude needed- all OMC had running real well when they bottomed was a lawn mower.
I've worked with many Bombardier engineers within the aviation group, and they are top-notch.
My money goes to E-Tec when we buy a new outboard.
