Moving on down to Florida
Well, its been a while since I gave an update. Last thread on this subject for me was back in January when I said I was going down on a job search. Well,, today is the day. I already got most of my stuff down there. Now I am taking the rest. Got a couple leads on jobs to carry me over till a good paying one pulls through. A positive is that I passed the initial testing for Gainesville Police and now just have to wait to hear from them following my background check. Not exactly on the water, but they pay well. I can always try for one closer to the water, as I intend to do. If anybody needs to find me, I will be at ChrisK's place. Gracious enough to let me stay there. Lookin forward to getting together with my fellow brothers and sister in my new state as soon as possible. Talk to you guys later.

I'm excited for you, your a step ahead of me.
We are coming down the firs of April for recon work towards the same end.
Good luck Bro, I'll be thinking about you durring our preperation work.
It'll be fun to share a beer together the first time after getting down there and on our feet.

Well it's not on the water, but sure has alot of girls from the college. Just think if you were working there this week you might be working the Gator Nationals. You better learn to be a Gators fan if you live in that town. Good luck.

Best of Luck to you. The wife and I talk about packing up and moving to Fla. all the time. We just don't have the balls to leave 2 decent jobs.
