well , i paint cars for a living and thinner always lets you know when you have a cut. the past 2 days using the DOMEBORO (aluminum acetate powder) has worked really good. thanks again to all that posted, i learned alot of usefull info.:) ahhh, the power of OSO:D :D

I found that Solercain (the sunburn stuff) works good, hell, I don;t even know that they make it anymore though. I don't get sunburnt (or don't worry about it, one of the 2 :D )

My poison ivy reactions have cut down a ton with this little tidbit of info:

If I think I have touched it or been around it I just go wash off the area of concern with regular plain ole water WITHIN 20 MINUTES and it nuetralizes the oils and then you get no reaction. I used to get this 5 or 6 times a year, at least, when I was in the landscape business, now I rarely get it and I think alot of that is due to the "water" trick.

Good luck, poison ivy sucks....
