OK GL, I'm getting her out of storage friday. Want to fire her up in the driveway and see whats up.

You concerned about colder temps at night for the next couple weeks or do you have indoor storage?

Still shooting for 9 am?

I'll be cranking the rig up Friday night to make sure all is set and I should be there relatively early Saturday, if all is well.

If it gets to cold on the overnights put a light bulb in the engine compartment, hanging not touching anything. You need cold for longer than a few hours to crack something and with a bulb under the engine cover it would take very cold.

BTW the light bulb has to be on. Never know with you Stowe dudes! :D

Well the weather on WCAX said sat is supposed to be mostly sunny and 55-65 as of now. So its looking good.

I think the worst of the temps are history but the light bulb has been used before and seems to work.

I thought it took 5-6 Canadiens to change a light bulb?

I don't change them I just buy them.
We'll see how bright your lightbulb shines if it's 6ft seas out there my american friend! :D:D

If its 6 footers out there i might break a few bulbs. And i'll let you lead the way since you're rig is only 17 feet longer than mine.

But it will be the only time you will ever have a lead.

I thought it took a two-four of Molson to change a lightbulb?

G.L - let me know if you need any help with the lightbulb on Friday night as you might need an electrical engineer to deal with that lightbulb. Julie is in NYC this weekend so I am a free agent.

Hey GL this brightest bulb in the bunch wants to know the best direction to the CG station. Down college st? Or right down main?

GLH 04-13-2004 10:16 AM

Down Main all the way before you hit the train station turn right go about 1/2 mile all the way till you can turn left to get to the CG station. Then tell your wife to back it in like I do and your off.
Don't forget food, drinks or gas, nothing is open on the lake!

I have been there many times but never launched there. Always at Perkins or Malletts.

The training sessions are about to begin with my wife doing the backing. Should be entertaining to say the least.

Heard anything on the debris situation?

Latest news is avoid it. :D

Not much we've had a lot of windy days that should of pushed the major stuff out of the way.
My theory on that is if it's rough it's pushed to the side, if it's calm you see it. So just pay attention.
