Unhappy problem with trailer chaffing

hay guys was wondering if any body else is having the same problem with there deep vee trailer the front vee support chaffes on the paint and also when pulling it out of the ramp somtimes it slides back about an inch or so then the bow buckes up and down on the support i have anew product to eliminate this problem just curios how many of you are having this problem Jim Styke 313 533 3395 let me know thankes again JIMKID Motorsports

yeah, mine did the exact same thing. I eliminated it by making sure the winch got the bow solidly into the bow support, then ratched it both down and to the front with some good solid ratchet straps. Unfortunatley the damage to my stripes had been done, but I'm going to change the graphics at some point anyway and you have to be right on top of the boat to really notice it. Mines an 89 311 SR-1 Formula, so it's not perfect anyway, but it still pissed me off.

Once the stripes are redone, I am going to mount some terry cloth inside the bow "chock".
