Tail pipe size / gill offshore dry system??

I wanted to but the drew show guns 4" , but I just mesured my tail pipe and is only 3.5" outer dia. I have never seen a 3.5" muffler?? Does this sound right.

Is it on a small block? I thought they only made the Big block pipe 4" and 4.5" for the Bog Guns.
