I installed the Windline Stainless Steel Fender Holder. They have them at West or Boat U.S. They are adjustable and you can mount them in many different positions.

I bought the blue net ones from west marine and screwed them to the bulk head.

Don, remember when you screwed them to the hull side and the screws went out the side? How did you fill those holes?

what precautions do you take to make sure the fender lines dont get tangled in the serpentine belt while underway or running hard?

You could use one of those velcro straps for the lines on the fenders. Wrap em up, put the velcro around them and a part of the holder and viola!! No muss, no fuss.
