Just back from Cabo-reentry blows!
Just got back from over a week of fishing, relaxing, fishing, oh and a few cocktails thrown into the mix! First time I have been down there, pretty cool place! Nothing was really "running" fish-wise, but we did pull some decent fish up, and it was good eatin' too, we brought it back to the hotel and they cooked it up for us, nothing like two hour old fish for lunch!!

We stayed at the Westin Regina, very nice place! We did catch some tuna, but waited until we got back to the hotel to eat it, the seas were running about 8' - 10' at 20 miles out, so eating wasn't really on the top of everyones list while we were out. It's tough bobbing around for 4 hours in that crap... no one hurled, fortunately.
And "reentry" (as in back to the real world) blows! It's tough to come back from that and hit lovely cold & damp New England

Funny, November 2002 I stayed there too.
Friends have a time share.
Went fishing w/ my wife.
Picked up a few skipjack, 4 mahi to 20lbs and 145lb striped marlin. dropped another striped.
But we fished about 1 mile off the beach, 3-4miles out the inlet.
Cabo's great. Good weather, good food and a good strip joint!
