That is because the LOTO pottie cove has brown and sluggish waters while the sandbar has cool clear running water at about 5-6 miles per hour. As you may know......not all boaters have great skills.

CLUE: "sandbar".....a place in the middle of a river consisting of sand. :D :D :D
