Angry whats up with eddiemarine??

2weeks ago I called them regarding some livorsi instruments since they was not listed in the online catalog. They had them in stock said the salesperson I talked to.
He said just order the parts you want online. when you check out ad the extra instrumenst in the note text that will come up.

Ok so I did.

After a day I got a autoresponder from eddiemarine that my order was beeing taken care of. But it did not list up anything that I had ordered.
So I called them back just to be sure that the instrumenst was there. The sales person said it was not.

So I asked him to ad that to my order and send me a new billing info.

He said ok I will do that.

I waited for 4 days Nothing

Called them up again. They said they had not found out the total yet.

But he promiced me to send me a new billing info asap.

2days went by I sent and email to him. no respond..

2 days a new email to the same person. no respond...

Now I am canceling my order and newer buy from them again.

My boat are just waiting for these parts and I wont put her to the sea unless she is finsh.

Anyone experinced things like this with eddiemarine before???

Made an order last week for few things and had no problems at all. Sorry to hear about your problems with them.

they are kind of lost unless you do the order over thier website. Thier website i find gives better servoce than talkign to anyone thier on eth phone. Calling them just screws up placing the order.

I am leaning toward this theory because I had to return something and when I made that call I also ordered some vents. Well 10 days after UPS shows delivery of the return I have not be credited for the returned items and I don't have my vents.

I have always had good luck prior for the website and I have ordered quite a few things from them:

4-26-04 update:

I e-mailed them over the weekend and heard back Monday morning that my vents are on BO but that I should receive them in a week or so. They did a good job responding to my e-mail.

Just order them from somewhere else. I don't give my business to these lousy Customer service places anymore
