I think I was mistaken on the Jaws boat. I thought they ran a 28 Skater at some point.
The pics above of Body shot are the ones I am interested in.
Does anyone know the history of that boat? How many seasons did it race, who rigged it, re-rigged it ect?

Actually you are not mistaken. The Bodyguard 28 skater that HotDuck posted was the original 28skater that was later sold to the guys that ran a 30' phantom with twin Mercs on the back of it. I do remember seeing them with the 28 at a few races but not to many. They also had a 32' Superboat I believe. Try Darren Luhr's website, he has many picks from the old New Jersey Races on file on that site. If I get a chance to find some for you I will post them.
