Re: Fountain Customer Service
Wow! I just found out that my dealer (Shorline Marina at Smith Mountain Lake) dropped Fountain because of their poor service to them. Unfortunately, for Fountain, Shoreline picked up Sunsation and they are selling the hell out of them. Too bad Reggie, you have to pay attention to your customers!

That's awesome! Wait until you see how great Sunsation customer service is. Best I ever dealt with. With all 5 of my boats

Re: Fountain Customer Service
My buddy ordered a 35 with 525s and has a contract that states if he did not have the boat by last weekend foutain would pay $1000.00 per day. They told him it would not be done and they were not going to pay the 1K per day. They sold him the Power Boat test boat with 575s and chillers for an extra 15K, it showed up in WI on Sun. with stess cracks in it so he refused it and sent it back...Who knows when he will get his boat which he ordered...

Who is that? I have seen a couple new Fountains on the lake where I stay the last couple of weekends. Just figured they were outta towners. Never heard of a new dealer around Indy.
