$3500 a year on the Gun....

Just got a quote of $6790 a year on a 30' cat with 525's running 115-120.

I guess I will stick with the V for now.

$1300 per year, 1994 32 Active Thunder. I have 35 years of boating (and I am 41) I have no claims, $1800 ded. This was thru Sy Goldberg, I forgot to thank him here. This was the cheapest I could find. I was told not to make a claim unless the boat is a wreck. This is for Great Lakes and all inland tributaries. I think it is ok. I had to check this first before I bought, it was a deciding factor, THAT IS A SHAME. I am in the process of taking another boating safety course, the last one was at 14. I hope to save 10% or so, no big deal and the class has like 4 people in it. I have raced sailboats thousands of miles and can handle any seas, visibility or any situation that may arise weather wise. I was the helmsman for the Chicago to Mac race 4 times and the navigator for the Queens Cup race 10 times. I know my $hit on the water and I keep an eagle eye on every angle. You can follow me and I bet I will turn around and look for you every couple of minutes. I have followed some that never even look to the side little lone back. Those are the ones you steer clear of. TOOLS:mad: Remember it starts with US, we can make or break our right to boat, we need to stand up and I am not at all afraid to come up to someone on the water and tell them the stupid move they just made, nicely of course, and I tell them how to do it right. Most are OK with it, the others will sneer but I know they don't make the same mistake again. It is not an ego thing, I am only trying to help and keep the water safe. :D

I pay $600.00 a year, Had a few claims and they where not sure if I had a blower or a turbo charger.
The adjuster kept telling me I had a turbocharger and I told him I had a 7.4 with a blower. So they paided up.

And God forbid you have a claim........it follows you for 5 years and they treat you like a thief. It's like you stealing your money back from the insurance company
