cabin lights?

My buddy just bought a Top Gun with a full cabin and wants to replace the overhead cabin lights - they are the little lights in a plastic tube and run the length of the cabin on the ceiling.

He wants to replace them with a black light.

Do you know where he could buy something like that?

I don't thing I have ever seen black lights that would replace those.

I've seen them on an Outerlimits before.... And he had a pole mounted in the cabin too. hhhhhmmmmmmm.................
