I had the same thing when I was working on the trailer and had to leave the boat in the water for a week. It was a horrible yellow. I used On & Off from West Marine. It just wiped off with very little effort, and it took the surface off the driveway where it dripped full strenght. Otherwise it did not hurt anything, just don't breath it in.

I Use Sno Bowl (spray On Wait 5 Min Rinse Off)
