On my last blower motor with a inner-cooler it ran about 230 running pretty hard . cruising it would be 160-180.wfo for a while would go to 260 then I would let out. But it was at 11 lbs of boost.I put 140 hours on that one and the bearing looked real good.At that boost the oil would fuel dilute pretty fast, Also the carbs was on the rich side [Safe mode]
My Hustler has a oil thermostat in it and it want go over 210.Thats what its set at. It would probably run cooler but i change my oil every 25 hours or after every poker run.

Yeah.... centigrade......... The oil should be up around the boiling point of water... 200 to 230... anything above 300 and the oil breaks down quickly.. My old air cooled Ducati used to run over 350f all the time... great for deep frying chicken, not good for viscosity life though.....
as for I/O type motors oil temp, at a minimum, should be over 212 (boiling point of water). 220-230 would be ideal. I'd probably start to watch it carefully if it went north of 250.
