Question Anyone Near St. George, SC

Anyone in or close to this area if you need any type of Hardware or Auto Parts, please support ACE Hardware and NAPA Auto Parts on Memorial Blvd., On our way back from Miami Fl to NJ we had a wheel bearing go out and pulled into this small town, the next morning (Sunday on Memorial Day weekend) we found a gas station who gave us the name of the man who owned Ace Hardware, at 8am he came down and opened up, he then made several phone calls and had NAPA open up, with the use of their shops and their help we were back on the road in a few hours, if you do go there tell them the Offshore Race Team with the Big Black Cat on the side sent you, oh and they would not take a cent for their time or help.

Thumbs up Re: Anyone Near St. George, SC

I have been to St. George MANY times. These are the reasons I still love living in small southern towns. Glad to see you had a great experience.

I haven't been to that area in a while now, as clearcut said that sounds very representative of small towns in the south though. Plenty of good people who are more than happy to lend a hand to someone.
