*** URGENT HELP NEEDED *** Custom semi-trailer work in SE Michigan
Need some help from my OSO brethen - my wife's company runs a sports car racing series called Formula BMW. They have a custom semi-trailer outfitted as a racer's lounge/car transporter that is used at every race. Long story short, the rig driver took a right turn too sharp and the tractor hit the trailer, bending up the aluminum. Hoping to get a pic soon, but the Mrs says it is about a 3x3 section that is dented up pretty good. They need to get this repaired by Monday, and since it is a custom "image" trailer, they are not looking at cutting a section out and riveting a piece of aluminum in place.
Anyone know a place, preferably in SE Michigan, that could do this kind of work on this schedule? Please reply here or cell 586.292.5301.

Got some additional information. Apparently, the tractor they used to tow the rig was too short (not enough wheelbase) and it crunched up the shield/cowling covering the generator and associated gizmos that hangs off the front of the trailer proper.

One more and the undamaged (left) side - had to flip the images because the forum software doesn't realize that 640x480 is the same as 480x640....

Looks to me that any semi-trailer place can fix that. Those polished panels should be generic and I don't see much of a problem there. Just my opinion.

Thanks, I'll call around - they are all up in arms about this because their schedule is so tight. Been one problem after another with this trailer.... you'd think the driver would check the clearance between the rig and the trailer
