Sponsors wanted for the
Waxing Frenzy! Run for the Light Poker Run
August 20th and 21st, 2004
Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads Area

Proceeds go to Samaritan House/Safe Harbor, a necessary resource for victims of domestic violence and other hardships. After years of direct involvement with children and children’s charities, we decided to focus our efforts on Samaritan House. In helping women to become stronger and more self-sufficient, we are helping them to take care of their children, thus (hopefully) ending the cycle.

By participating in the Poker Run, you not only make a contribution to this worthwhile cause, you expose your company to a group of individuals whom you may not have otherwise met.

Hammerhead Boatworks’ Frenzy! products have found their place in the high performance community, both boats and cars. We are located in Virginia Beach, which is a rapidly growing area for offshore performance boats. Unfortunately, this area has been overlooked by high performance boat dealerships and accessory outlets.

We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to meet boaters from at least three states and several powerboat clubs that are “untapped” in the market. These boat owners have to go out of state (often directly to factories) to even begin to shop for boats and accessories. Many of their purchases are made via the internet. Wouldn’t it be a benefit to all to meet and give them a “warm and fuzzy” about ordering from you?

There are several sponsorship levels (outlined on the following sheet), as well as vendor space for $300.00 (supply your own banner(s)). Special rates for boat dealerships and manufacturers who plan to participate in the run, as well as display.

We welcome the opportunity to speak with you to help develop a sponsorship plan that best suits you. Time is of the essence so that we can provide you with maximum media coverage. This event will receive national magazine exposure, and local TV, radio, and newspaper coverage.

Please visit our website at your convenience @ www.cleaningfrenzy.com. We will update as plans progress.

We look forward to hearing from you.
