elevator lift questions
 

my best friend is looking to purchase an elevator lift 14k lb 4 post and he
got a quote on an alumavator (spelling?) has anyone had experience with this lift ??

yup, know it well made by Quality Boat lifts. There are some nice design features and some that are bad though overall it's till better than a galvanized lift. If it were me I would and did go with a Hi-Tide lift. They are now making their lifts direct drive so you don't have to worry about maintaining the chains, wish I had one. My 16,000# lift is 11 years old and still looks like new. Where in NJ? I know most of the lift dealers in the area.
