Soo, now you get the Cliff notes..

Guy calls and asks if I can fill in in Marathon. Who, ME? I've never raced before, But I DID stay at Holiday-Inn that night!

Long Story short..

Allen Christy and Myself. His first Victory, my First Race.

"Oceans 234"? As in the Hillsboro restaurant? I did some work for them a few months ago.

Looks cool! Did you drive, throttle and/or navigate? I would've been too busy holding on and praying for my life to do anything useful.

I drove.

Even had my eyes open for some of the race. Definite Pucker Factor going under 2 bridges not aligned great at 95-100mph.
