Hey, local guys...

We have a friend whose husband has terminal cancer and has perhaps days to live. His dying wish is to go on a boat. We thought we had it set through a local marina, but they refused to do it unless we had the press there (can you believe it??).

Anyway, need a boat that has a head and an air conditioned cabin. His wife will be with him and he has everything he needs "attached to him" (oxygen, etc.).

We announced it on the radio this morning, but thought I'd ask here just the same. We'd like to set it up for Sunday, if at all possible.

Default Next Day Service!

Placed an order with Swipes Wipes for Boat Sheild yesterday afternoon.

11:15AM this morning, UPS man is on my doorstep with a their box; including a T-Shirt, Extreme Boats Magazine, a MicroFiber towel, and my bottle of Boat Sheild, along with a sample pack of baby wipes, I mean Swipes Wipes.

That's pretty good service, albeit, I am just a few hours from them; PA to VA.
I look forward to trying out the product. Thanks DannyD.

No AC plus I'm running to Kent Island with a few of the RPBA folks for the weekend. Good cause though, and good luck. Weather may be a factor Sunday too.

Thumbs up Re: Need a good boat wax; captains exhaust

WE GOT A BOAT! The guy will be able to take a few family members and go out on a 42' Silverton, compliments of MARINE CONCEPTS of Virginia Beach. Nice to know there are still compassionate people around. Those are the ones you want to buy boats from!

Thanks for the responses and calls. Much appreciated.
