RJ... there's a classified section and a bad business list (if you need either one). This ain't the place. You weren't specific about the problem, so it's impossible to understand what happened anyway. If you have a legitimate problem or concern, take the emotion out of the equation and post the facts.

Darin... next time take the high road. Posting RJ's old rant had nothing to do with the situation between you. It was purely inflammatory. More people will think twice about doing business with you because of that move than you may think. Even if you are the innocent party, it was bad form for a businessman in the service industry.
Always treat customers (past, present and future) with respect. Even if they are wrong.

I think that both of you gentlemen have posts here that you will regret in the future.

I have to say that I just got a really reasonable PM from Darin.
It showed a lot of class. That's all I'm gonna say.
