well the trickle down effect is in full force the La Conche wants all the money up front with a no change clause for the weekend of the Worlds this year. Cant say I blame them after the past two years fiascos but I am also nervous that the dates of Nov 14-21 will change and I will be out of luck

Go some where else. I got a 2 bedroom condo(sleeps 6) at Pelican landing on the third floor overlooking the pool with a boat slip for 238 a night. They want half down. I've stayed there twice and the place is real nice. It's right on the bay by the charter boats. Rent yourself a scooter for the week and your in business.
