Default Any "reasonable" outboard mechanics? (Annapolis MD)

Finally after 2 weeks got someone out to look at the motor (Yamaha 250) who tested the electrics and concluded as I'd already told them that the carburators need cleaning. They were going to order gaskets and stuff and when I asked for an estimate they wanted $900!!!!! to clean the carbs ($150 each, that's over half the cost of buying complete new ones). That's absurd. Looking for a reasonable person or I guess I'll have to tackle it myself.
