Do they make Stainless flappers for tailpipes ?
Buddy of mine is running dry exhaust that dumps the water out of a hole at the bottom of the pipe. This is a new setup. He is afraid that he will burn up the rubber flappers that hose clamp on the ends of the pipes. Does someone make a stainless flapper?? i was thinking something like the Big Rig 18 wheelers have for the tops of thier exhaust.

Thanks for the link.
I think he is looking for external stainless flappers though. That link only has the stainless internals that need to be welded and the rubber externals. He may opt for those internal ones though.
thanks again.

The internal ones are the cats ass. They're no big deal to install. You don't need to weld them in just braze with light heat. They make a racket at idle though. The first time you run you'll think your motors are passing golfballs at idle.
